A common approach in booking systems is to set different rates based on the day of the week or the length of stay. For example, you might offer one price for weekdays, another for weekends, and a special rate for a full week. For instance:
Mid Week - check-in on Monday - check-out on Friday (4 nights)
Weekend - check-in on Friday - check-out on Monday (3 nights)
Full Week - from Monday to next Monday (7 nights)
The dates of the week may differ, for example, Monday - Friday, Saturday - Sunday, Monday - Monday, etc. If it is the scenario you wish to set up, let's check how this can be accomplished:
- Add Mid-Week Season: Go to Accommodation > Seasons and create a Season selecting the mid-week days of the week, for example: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Add Weekend Season: Go to Accommodation > Seasons and create a Season selecting the weekend days of the week, for example: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Add Rate: Go to Accommodation > Rates and add a new Rate. You may indicate different season prices for midweek and weekend seasons.

Add Price for Full Week: You may add the same variable price for a 7-night stay for both seasons.

Add Booking Rules: navigate to Bookings > Booking Rules to set up days for check-in, check-out, minimum, and maximum stay.
