- If your booking calendars display available dates, but there are no Book buttons, make sure that the option 'Hide reservation forms and buttons' is not ticked in Accommodation > Settings.
- If you have created your accommodation types, but they do not appear in the search results, or if their dates are displayed as crossed out/inactive on the website, then they are unavailable. For an accommodation type to be available, it needs to have:
- available physical accommodations in Accommodation > Accommodations. For this, you can go to Accommodation > Accommodation Types and check the column Accommodations.
If there are 0 accommodations for any Accommodation Type, you can go to Accommodation > Generate Accommodations and add a proper number of units to make the related Accommodation Type available.
- a pricing season for the searched dates (Accommodation > Seasons); Make sure you have the Season(s) for current and future dates.
Note: The Repeat Annually option extends the availability for 1 year from today's date. So if you want to allow reservations further than 1 year, you need to disable the option, and extend the season for years ahead, or create new seasons for each year and add them to the existing Rates as new season prices.
- An assigned rate for the searched dates (Accommodation > Rates). You can view each Rate to make sure they include the seasons for the current and future dates.
Edit the Rate and check if it is assigned to the Accommodation Type. If any Rate is unassigned, you can create a new rate or duplicate the existing rate, then edit it to assign to the proper Accommodation Types and publish it.
- imported bookings or blocks; Navigate to Bookings > Calendar to make sure there are no unwanted bookings or accidentally blocked dates.
If one of these three is not set up, then the plugin does not know the renting period and the price, so such accommodation types are considered unavailable.
