How to change the payment method of a recurring payment or subscription.

To update the details of the recurring subscription that charges the card automatically to renew the licenses of the plugin(s) and theme(s) or extend your annual membership, you need to go to your MotoPress account at https://motopress.com/my-account:

• For Plugins and Themes - switch to the Subscriptions tab and click the 'Update payment option' link.
• For Annual Membership - switch to the Membership tab, and click the 'Update payment option' link.

PayPal

If you see the message on the screenshot and a link that brought you here, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
3. Click the Payments tab.
4. Click Manage automatic payments under "Automatic payments."
5. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
6. Under "Payment method," click Change next to the funding source you're looking to change.

If you have a balance with PayPal, this will always be the first payment method we use to pay a billing agreement or automatic payment.

Credit Card

If you paid for the products or membership by card you will see the following message with a link that will bring you to a page where you can update the payment details and add a new card to the existing subscription.
