Theme license supplies 1 year of support and automatic updates. It means that you have to renew the license to get automatic updates for Villagio theme and Hotel Booking plugin (integrated in a theme), as well as support for it.
If you need assistance after 1 year you will be able to renew the license or order Extended Support offer.
